It was founded as the second JC as the 300th JC again nationwide in Tokyo in 1965. I consist of the residence or a member of working more than 100 name in three cities of Tachikawa / Kunitachi / Musashimurayama and develop making of making of godet / person exercise.

An officer / an organization / a business administers an organization of "the single year system" changing every one year to maintain the novel nature of activation / a business of an organization.

Each member is assigned to a policy committee and a district committee and is active every business contents. I hold a seminar for solution of many problems and a regular meeting and I am wide and investigate it from a local problem to Japanese world many problems and act continuously few, to bury ideal society and the real gap that there is now.

In Tachikawa JC, I advocate an original indicator and policy in a slogan and I work on I continued it for an area and develop it with an indicator in the year by the chief director of each year.
