Tachikawa is the major urban area and had developed as modern city, is locating between Tokyo Metropolitan in the East side and Okutama where surround by nature in the West with population of 4,000,000.

Tachikawa City used to be a “Military Base town” but now it is all changed to be wishing safe and peace by citizen with their “Kizuna” ( ties) in which we could achieved to develop seveal commerce facilities and Showa Memorial Park, runs by government, can be used for emergency rescue place like extraordinary accidents and/or fatalities if occurs.

Also, the park is surrounded by the government facilities as well to expedite the necessary action. The Showa Memorial park is now visited by 4,000,000 yearly from all over Japan and also overseas.
