In 1977, all US military bases had returned to us, and we have been selected as designated are for "Tama Major Urban City Project" to start development that still fresh in our memories of Showa Memorial Park, Monorail was open for traffic, JR Tachikawa Station area development and Public Institution have moved to new place and other projects, Tachikawa the place still progress for the future.

We hope and expect to achieve our goal of "Introducing Japanese culture to all the world and developing leaders in next generation pursuit World peace" through this meeting with JAYCEEs from 80 countries and also all over Japan.
